This small quilt is a modern take on the very classic and historic bear paw quilt block, which—theory has it—was used as a symbol to guide slaves on the underground railroad. What better way, then, to represent bravery as not the lack of fear, but the courage to act in spite of it.

This quilt is machine quilted, with an added touch of hand quilting for that unmistakably handmade appeal. Binding is machine-stitched for extra durability. Quilt is pre-washed and made with 100% cotton fabric.
